Dr. Michael P. Riccards, executive director of the Hall Institute and a leading presidential scholar, examines the qualities that make great presidents – and whether NJ Governor Chris Christie has what it takes to serve in the Oval Office. Riccards, a former college president, is the author of 15 books, including The Ferocious Engine of Democracy, a two-volume history of the American presidency.
