Hall Institute Executive director Dr. Michael Riccards sits down with Jennifer N. Rosen Valverde, Esq., MSW of Rutgers University School of Law.
Ms. Valverde is a clinical professor of law and works with the School of Law's Special Education Clinic to address the critical shortage of legal assistance for indigent parents of children with disabilities in New Jersey.
